Marina Ybern

Marina Ybern is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and country management. Currently serving as Country Manager at ENSTROGA S.L.U. since September 2015, Marina is responsible for billing, administration, and recovery processes, leading a team of 25 individuals, and developing strategies to initiate gas activities. Previously held roles at the same company include Project Manager and Junior Project Manager, where responsibilities ranged from internal process development to market studies in the Spanish and Portuguese energy sectors. Prior to ENSTROGA, Marina worked as Project Manager at Adecco Outsourcing managing sales teams and personnel allocation, and at Winche Redes Comerciales overseeing sales forces in the food, horeca, and pharmaceutical sectors. Marina holds a Licenciatura in Ciencias Empresariales from Universitat de Barcelona, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
