Niharika Kishore

Niharika Kishore has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. Niharika is currently working at ensuredit as an Associate Director of Sales since March 2022. Previously, they worked at Airtel Payments Bank as a National Strategic Alliance Manager (Senior Manager) from May 2019 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading business development activities, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering successful Banking Payments engagements. Prior to that, they were a Key Account Manager at Bharti Airtel from October 2014 to May 2019, where they managed key national accounts in the CDIT and Telco categories. Niharika also worked as a Business Development Manager at PepsiCo - Varun Beverages Ltd from June 2012 to October 2014, focusing on maintaining customer services and achieving sales goals. Lastly, they started their career as a Business Manager at Vodafone Digilink Limited from June 2009 to May 2012.

Niharika Kishore completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh University in 2007. Niharika then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing and Human Resource from IILM Graduate School of Management, which they completed in 2009. In 2015, Niharika enrolled at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta for an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations. This program lasted for a year, concluding in 2016.
