Matt Deacon

Matthew Deacon is currently the CTO at Themis, a company that helps organizations mitigate the risks of financial crimes. Matthew is also the co-founder and CTO of Ensygnia Limited, where Matthew developed the OneScan system. With experience as a Managing Director at inTHiNK, interim Group CTO at Omnio Group, and interim CTO at Cognisco Ltd, Matthew has a strong background in IT consultancy and technical leadership. Prior to their current roles, Matthew served as the Chief Architectural Advisor at Microsoft UK and held various technical positions at CGI, Sunbather, and Datawatch. Matthew studied at The University of Sheffield from 1985 to 1988.
