Ian Barnett

Ian Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ian began their career at TD as a Manager from June 1980 to June 1985. Following that, they worked at UBS as a Director from August 1986 to December 1990. In 1996, they joined Ensyn as a Board Member, and they currently hold this position. Ian also serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Ensyn since June 2021. From April 1996 to August 2004, Ian Barnett was a Board Member at Impax Asset Management. Ian was also a Board Member at Brazil Fast Food Corp from June 1996 to July 2004. Lastly, from May 2005 to August 2010, they served as EVP Corporate Development at Ivanhoe Energy Inc.

Ian Barnett attended Trinity College School (TCS) from 1967 to 1974, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Queen's University from 1974 to 1977. Later, in 1985 to 1986, they attended INSEAD and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
