Jeffrey Millard

Jeff Millard serves as the Chief Scientific Officer at Microbion Corporation and Nucleus Bioscience, alongside the role of Chief Operating Officer at Ensysce Biosciences. Jeff brings extensive experience as a Scientific Advisor for the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences and as an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Contract Pharma. Since 2002, Jeff Millard has held a Research Assistant Professor position at the University of Arizona. As the owner of PharMolecular, LLC, Jeff provides consulting services in drug development. Previously, Jeff held leadership roles in pharmaceutical development at Cascadian Therapeutics, Oncothyreon, and Biomira, focusing on chemistry, manufacturing, and controls. Jeff Millard earned a PhD in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design from the University of Arizona and holds dual Bachelor degrees in Biochemistry/Biology and Philosophy/Religion from Rice University.
