Jay Caldwell

VP, Mortgage Lending at Ent Credit Union

Jay Caldwell has been working in the financial industry for over 15 years. Jay began their career at Merrimack Valley Credit Union in 2006, where they held the position of AVP Retail Lending. In this role, they were responsible for developing and deploying production lending programs, as well as adding new lending products in collaboration with cross-functional teams of managers and analysts. Jay also established due diligence analysis of all loan portfolios to ensure appropriate risk tolerance.

In 2015, Jay Caldwell left Merrimack Valley Credit Union to join Digital Federal Credit Union as their Mortgage Operations Manager. In this role, they directed a national mortgage loan portfolio on an aggregated level while connecting specific services to communities on a micro level. Jay also optimized profitability and growth and ensured comprehensive risk management and regulatory compliance.

In 2018, Jay Caldwell joined UMassFive College Federal Credit Union as their Vice President Of Lending. Jay held this position until May 2021, when they joined Ent Credit Union as their VP of Mortgage Lending.

Jay Caldwell holds a Master of Business Administration and Strategic Management from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree from the New England College of Business. Jay Caldwell's educational focus has been in business administration and strategic management, with a particular focus on business operations and management.

Jay Caldwell reports to Chad Graves, CEO. Jay Caldwell works with Chris Benson - VP, Collections & Member Solutions, Mark Heinzig - VP, Corporate Monitoring & Testing, and Matt Gendron - Chief Engagement Officer.
