Matthew Pincoski

Matthew Pincoski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in CRM product ownership and client relations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engagement Systems at Ent Credit Union since September 2022, Matthew leads product roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system. Prior to this, roles at Investortools, Inc. included Team Lead for Implementations, where Matthew was the primary contact for new clients, and a Client Relationship Manager, providing technical support and consultation to institutional clients. Additionally, Matthew served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal, achieving several commendations for service. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
