Helen Shaw has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Helen worked as a Director of Clinical Operations at ENT Partners, LLC starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Practice Administrator at Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care where they oversaw administrative and business operations and supervised a team of 64 employees. From 2018 to 2022, they were a Practice Manager at MARYLAND ENT CENTER, LLC, where they managed improvement projects and supervised a team of 15. Before that, they were a Medical Practice Billing Manager at Your Neighborhood Healthcare Center, where they led the billing function and managed a team of three direct reports and four call center staff members.
