Jill Nichols

Jill Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Jill is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at ENT Specialty Partners. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional Operations Director at DaVita Kidney Care from 2017 to 2022.

In their previous roles, Jill served as the Regional Director of Operations at True Results (AIGB) from 2015 to 2016, where they were responsible for multiple diagnostic clinics and had a strong focus on revenue growth, performance improvement, and physician collaboration.

Before that, they worked as the Executive Director for North Texas and Associate Director for Central Texas at Legacy Physiatry Group from 2012 to 2015. Jill successfully turned around an underperforming region, managed a team of physicians, and played a key role in market growth and business development.

Jill also gained valuable experience during their time at HCA, where they worked as an Administrative Resident/Fellow from 2010 to 2012, during which time they managed projects for performance improvement across the healthcare system. Additionally, they served as an Interim Regional Director of Marketing & Communications in 2011.

Throughout their career, Jill Nichols has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving operational excellence and business growth.

Jill Nichols holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Texas Tech University and another BBA degree in Economics from the same institution. Jill also earned a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.
