Ken Idicula

Ken Idicula, MHA-INF, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Ken is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at ENT Specialty Partners, where they lead a growing national ENT network. Previously, Ken worked as a Managing Partner at TLC Consulting Services, LLC, focusing on healthcare organizations and providing specialized client solutions. Ken also served as the Vice President of Innovation at VIVO Infusion, where they led the organization towards operational excellence and streamlined internal business requirements. Prior to that, Ken worked at DaVita as a Group Facility Administrator, managing nursing services and patient care at multiple dialysis centers. Ken had also held leadership positions at Texas Medical Infusion Suites, Cynergy Chiropractic Center, and Medical City Hospital. Additionally, they have experience as a Senior Recruiting Director at Excalibur Resources and as a Hemophilia/Leukemia/Erythropoietin Deficiency Team Supervisor at Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, where they maintained patient-pharmacy relationships and established safety strategies.

Ken Idicula has a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas. Ken also holds a Masters degree in Health Care Administration/Informatics from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they completed a program in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals at Cornell University. Ken has earned certifications in International Hospital Administrators, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Professional Association of Health Care Managers.
