Alfredo Sarno has a diverse background in the gaming and customer strategy industries. Alfredo began their career at Testronic in 2013 as a Videogames and Localization tester. In 2017, they joined Kindred Group plc, where they served as a Website Executive, managing the company's website and producing content to increase acquisition and retention. Alfredo later became a Customer Strategy Manager, responsible for driving marketing strategy and managing the annual budget. In their most recent position at Entain, Alfredo is serving as the CRM Team Lead, overseeing a team of six resources and managing the multi-channel customer strategy to increase customer retention and exceed growth targets. Alfredo also facilitates collaboration with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and refine processes.
