Arin currently serves as Head of People at Entain, focusing on Product & Tech and partnering with the India MD and Group CTO. Previously, Arin held various senior HR leadership roles, including India Site Leader for HR at Allstate, where responsibilities encompassed guiding HR business partners and talent management for technology teams. As Senior Director of Global HR at Redpine Signals, Arin aligned HR strategies to support a global semiconductor and AI company. Also served as General Manager of Global HRBP at SLK, enabling talent engagement across multiple geographies. Previous experience includes roles at Enago, Grainger, and Crimson Interactive, contributing to HR function development and engagement initiatives in technology-focused environments. Arin completed a PGP in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur.
