Brian Jarvis has extensive experience in process and information management, content analysis, and team leadership within the gaming industry. Currently serving as Team Leader for Process and Information Management at Entain since August 2021, Brian oversees a team of analysts across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and optimization of customer service processes. Previously, Brian led content analyst teams and managed chatbot operations at GVC Group, along with holding the role of Knowledge Manager at Ladbrokes Coral. Brian's career began at Coral, progressing through various operational and supervisory roles. Brian holds educational qualifications from Queen Mary University of London and Eastbury Community School.
