Ciprian Arhire - Chartered Fcipd

Ciprian Arhire has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Ciprian is currently working at Entain as the Global Head of People Experience and HR Transformation. Ciprian is also a Founding Member of Hacking HR's Experts Council and a contributor to the Manifesto for the Future of HR. Additionally, they host the Leading HR into the Future podcast and is a Professional Speaker, panellist, and workshop lead. Ciprian has held multiple positions at CIPD, including Founder and Chair of the London CIPD Fellows and Senior People Professionals' Network, OD Network Founder and Lead, and Founder and Lead of CIPD's EDI network in London. Ciprian has also served as a Projects and Programmes portfolio lead and a member of CIPD's D&I strategic steering group. Ciprian has worked at Capgemini Invent as an Employee Experience, HR and Enterprise Transformation Managing Consultant and as a Future of HR Senior Strategy Consultant. Ciprian has also held roles as the LGBTQI+ Careers Lead at Capgemini and the Experience Design Lead at TEDxCanaryWharf. Earlier in their career, Ciprian worked as an HR and Operations Manager at Eve Sleep and Zen Bedrooms, and as a Key Account Manager at DHL.

Ciprian Arhire - Chartered FCIPD, MSc, EMBA has a diverse education history. Ciprian obtained a degree in Computer Programming from Universitatea OVIDIUS din Constanta in 2009. Ciprian then pursued a degree in Communication and PR from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) from 2010 to 2013. Ciprian further pursued their interest in Human Resources Management, completing a CIPD Diploma in HR Management (Lvl 5 BSv Equiv) from CIPD Qualifications in 2013-2014. In 2016-2018, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Development and Consultancy from the University of London. Currently, they are enrolled in an Executive MBA program at Quantic School of Business and Technology, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023.
