Elena Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Elena is currently working as a CX Insight Lead at Entain since June 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at O2 (Telefónica UK) where they held various positions such as Customer Experience Lead, Customer Experience Measurement and Governance Manager, and Market & Competitor Intelligence. Before joining O2, Elena worked as a Senior Market Analyst at Futuresource Consulting, where they specialized in the tablet market and provided market metrics and competitive intelligence support to blue-chip companies. Elena also had a brief stint as a Consultant at Deloitte and served as an Intern Researcher at the National Bank of Ukraine. Earlier in their career, Elena worked at the Ukraine Development Gateway (UaDG) Project of the World Bank, holding positions as a Strategy and Business Development Executive and Content Manager.

Elena Reilly has a strong educational background. Elena obtained a BBA in Business Administration from the International Christian University (ICU) - Kyiv in 2004. Elena then pursued an MA in Economics from the National University Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, EERC from 2004 to 2006. Later, they attended The University of Manchester from 2006 to 2007, where they earned an LL.M. Postgraduate degree in Law and Economics. In 2015, Elena also obtained the SCIP Advanced Certification from the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
