Saffron Freeman

Saffron Freeman is an experienced professional in executive reward and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Executive Reward at Entain since August 2025. Previously, Saffron held the position of Head of Reward at BRITVIC PLC, contributing to significant achievements such as consolidating bonus schemes and introducing ethnicity pay gap reporting. Prior to this, Saffron spent a decade at Amey, where roles included Head of Reward & Insights and HR Business Partner, focusing on compensation, international mobility, and HR analytics. Saffron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production & Operations Management from the University of Nottingham, earned from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Saffron was a committee member at the Oxford Branch of CIPD from 2006 to 2010.
