Jinfu Xiao, PhD, PE, is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with over three years of specialized experience in underpinning design, shoring design, stability analysis of dams and embankments, and seismic design for bridge foundations. Currently serving as Geotechnical Manager and Senior Geotechnical Engineer at EnTech Engineering, PC since June 2019, Jinfu previously held a similar position at Oweis Engineering Inc. Jinfu's academic background includes a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master's in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Tongji University. Jinfu has also contributed to various research projects, including foundation design for offshore wind mills and structural designs compliant with industry standards.
