Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Deputy General Manager Operations and Technical Services at Beaufort Jasper Water and Sewer Authority from May 2019 to May 2020. Patrick's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Aqua, where responsibilities encompassed managing daily operations, financial performance, and capital programs across five divisional offices serving over 75,000 customers in Pennsylvania. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked as a Civil Structural Engineer at Alfred Benesch & Company and as a Civil Engineer at Arora and Associates, P.C. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Penn State University and an MBA from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
