Aldrin Japson began their career in 2010 as a Service Crew for Jollibee Group of Companies. In 2012, they moved to Pizza Hut Philippines, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative. In 2017, they joined ENTECH Philippines and served in four different roles, starting as a Jr. Operations Coordinator and working their way up to Senior Business Development Executive.
Aldrin Japson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, Manila between 2011 and 2016.
