John Poling

John Poling has over 30 years of work experience, beginning in 1991 with Allegis Group where they held the role of Sr. Account Manager - National Accounts - TekSystems and Director of Branch Operations - Aerotek & TekSystems. In 2010, they moved to Ariba as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2012, they became a Branch Manager at Robert Half Technology. In 2013, they were the Director of Branch Operations at OpalStaff & Talos Solutions. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Modis as the Managing Director / IT & Engineering Divisions. In 2021, they moved to The O'Connor Group as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are a Sr. Account Manager at Entech.

John Poling attended Bishop Shanahan High School and then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from La Salle University.
