Michael D. Ward

Michael D. Ward has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 1981 to 2017, they held various roles at SEI, starting as a Technician and Supervisor at the SEI Technology Center, and culminating in their role as Director of Global Client Reporting at SEI Private Trust Company. During this time, they also served as a Network Technician, Network Supervisor, Print Facility Supervisor, Mainframe Operations Supervisor, Service Professional, Project Manager, Process Developer, and Data Center Operations Manager.

From 2017 to 2020, they were Managing Partner at Ardent Advisory Services, LLC, where they provided key advice with their 20+ years of Operations Leadership and Project Management experience.

In 2020, they became Director of Client Delivery at Greenphire, where they were a strategic leader guiding multiple teams to deliver excellent service and solutions to organizations in the clinical trial industry.

Finally, from 2017 to 2022, they were a Business Consultant and Project Manager at City National Bank. In their role as Business Consultant, they developed reporting solutions for business units using BOXI reporting tool, and as Project Manager, they were responsible for the City National Bank - RBC Trust Company Delaware (Limited) Trust System Conversion.

Michael D. Ward has a diverse educational background. In 1980, they graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Government Administration. In 1995-1996, they obtained a Certificate of Financial Technology from Villanova University in Financial Technology. From 2014-2016, they attended Cannon Financial Institute in Athens, GA and obtained a Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) from the American Bankers Association. In 2019-2020, they obtained a Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.
