Shaun Hornung

Shaun Hornung is a Senior Support Specialist at Entegral, with a strong background in technical support and operations. Previous experience includes serving as a Desktop Support Technician at National Guardian Life Insurance Company, where Shaun was involved in a significant laptop migration project for approximately 200 employees. At TDS®, Shaun held the role of Operations Support Technician II, responsible for monitoring data center operations and providing end-user support. Shaun's early career included positions such as Electronics Team Member at Target and President/Founder of the SMU Video Game Club, showcasing leadership and customer service skills.
