Davin Hall

Davin Hall serves as the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Commercial and Operations at Entegris since 2024. Previously, Davin was the Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Waters Corporation from 2020 until January 2024, leading legal support for global business functions and serving as chief legal counsel for the Information Technology teams. Prior to this role, Davin held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BK Medical from 2017 to 2020, overseeing legal affairs and negotiating significant agreements in the medical device industry. Davin's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel in the Tax & Bankruptcy Division of the New York City Law Department from 2014 to 2016 and as a Senior Associate at Dechert LLP from 2005 to 2014, specializing in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. Davin earned a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University.
