Joe Crecco

Joe Crecco is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing learning solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Management & Development at Entegris since April 2022, Joe partners with business leaders to identify learning needs, enhances performance management processes, and leads employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Joe held managerial positions at Ansys and Matthews International, where responsibilities included designing global talent development programs and managing competency models. With a solid foundation in instructional design from earlier positions at Industrial Scientific and General Dynamics Information Technology, Joe holds an MBA from Penn State University and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction from Point Park University.
