Kie-Jin Park

Kie-Jin Park is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at Entegris since September 2019, Kie-Jin Park leads the Advanced Deposition Materials Business Unit, focusing on strategic growth and operational oversight. Prior to this role, Kie-Jin Park held the position of Vice President at Samsung, where responsibility included product and technology development for advanced packaging and microelectronics. Kie-Jin Park's career also includes leadership roles at Applied Materials, Novellus Systems Inc., and NCSU, with expertise in product development, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction. Kie-Jin Park earned both a Master's and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from North Carolina State University.
