Neil Richards

Neil is responsible for global operations and supply chain, a role he has held since September 2019. This includes planning, sourcing, quality, manufacturing, and distribution of Entegris products globally, as well as environmental, health and safety, continuous improvement, and facilities management.

Neil joined Entegris in 2016. Prior to his current role, he was VP of operations for the company’s Specialty Chemicals and Engineered Materials division.

Neil has over 25 years of global engineering and operational experience in the industrial, specialty and semiconductor gases, and chemicals industries. He began his career with African Oxygen, a member of the BOC Group, in South Africa and moved to the United States in 1999 with BOC, which merged with Linde in 2006. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
