Phil Chen

Phil Chen is an experienced business development professional currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Entegris since October 2018, following a position as Director of Business Development. Prior to Entegris, Phil held key roles at MKS Instruments, where a notable achievement included being a core team member in the acquisition of Newport Corp. Additionally, at GE, contributions included formulating service strategies for GE Healthcare in China and leading various deal origination initiatives in the energy sector. Previous positions also include managerial roles at Rockwell Automation and Carrier Corporation, along with a consulting role at Deloitte.
