Malleri Rhodes

Malleri Rhodes is the Director of Human Resources and Office Operations at Entegrity, a sustainability and energy services company, where responsibilities include overseeing various aspects of human resources, such as payroll and employee relations, since joining the company in 2017. Malleri previously held the role of Communications Director at Entegrity, managing public information flow and marketing strategies. Prior to that, Malleri served as Office Manager and Associate Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on client service and office organization. Malleri began their career as an Executive Assistant at Fleming Companies, supporting top executives. Malleri holds a degree from the University of Arkansas and is certified as a Business Office Manager from the Management and Strategy Institute.
