Ime Sinclair

Ime Sinclair is an Intermediate Business Analyst at Entelect since May 2025, with previous experience as a Business Process Engineer at MIP from January 2022 to May 2025. Ime led the strategic integration of WhatsApp for Business, enhancing digital engagement and omni-channel communication for clients. At MIP, Ime focused on analyzing and redesigning business processes to optimize efficiency and align workflows with strategic goals. Prior to this, Ime gained valuable experience as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Aerosud and TFG, contributing to continuous improvement projects and process optimization. Ime holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Stellenbosch University and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from 2KO Africa CC.
