Renalen Pillay

Renalen Pillay has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. From 2009 to 2015, Renalen worked at Cambridge Food as a Business Analyst, collaborating with business owners to determine needs and documenting processes. In 2016, Renalen began working as a Business Analyst at Vitality and simultaneously started a consulting role at Discovery Vitality UK's South African office. In 2017, Renalen transitioned to the role of Information Technology Team Lead at Entelect, where they eventually became a Team Lead and Senior Business Analyst. In 2018, Renalen took on the role of Development Manager at Vitality until 2020 when they joined Discovery Limited as an IT Team Lead/ Senior Business Analyst.
