In 2016, they attended the Google Fiber Academy, where they studied applied science and engineering, specifically in the field of fiber optics. From 2015 to 2016, they attended AT&T University, specializing in telecommunications management. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a program at Central Piedmont Community College in business administration, management, and operations. Furthermore, Amanda previously attended AT&T University (formerly Bellsouth University) from 1990 to 1998, specializing in telecommunications technology/technician. In 1985 to 1986, they briefly attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Additionally, Amanda also holds the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, which was obtained in March 2020.
