Hillel Galitzer

COO at Entera Bio

Hillel Galitzer is the current Chief Operating Officer at Entera Bio. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Hadasit Bio-Holdings Ltd from August 2010 to March 2014 where they were responsible for scientific and general business development. Hillel also reported directly to the CEO and provided managerial assistance to the various biotech companies in the portfolio as well as to the publicly traded parent company.

From November 2009 to March 2010, Galitzer served as a lecturer in physiology at the Technological & Engineering Education Center where they developed an optical sensor for tissue identification intra-operatively. From January 2005 to August 2010, they worked as a PhD student under Prof. Tally Naveh and Prof. Justin Silver at the research lab of Hebrew University Medical School.

In January 2004, Galitzer founded Optivasive Inc., and served as its Chief Operating Officer until January 2014. From January 2004 to December 2006, they also worked as a clinical trial technical coordinator at The BioBalance Corp.

Hillel Galitzer has a PhD in medical research and molecular biology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Hillel also has an MBA in international business administration from Bar-Ilan University. Hillel has a diploma in education from Kerem Beyavneh (KBY) and Chorev.

They are on a team with Arthur Santora - CMO, Roger Garceau - Chief Development Advisor, and Dana Yaacov-Garbeli - CFO, Israel. Their manager is Spiros Jamas, CEO.
