Kevin Pekala

Kevin Pekala has worked in the real estate industry since 2015. Kevin began their career at JLL as a Senior Analyst, leading a global team of analysts across 15 client accounts for the North Eastern US and Canada. Kevin managed JLL's global lease portfolios, ensuring their reporting and documentation were consistent and met SOC-1 compliance. In 2019, they joined Amherst Residential as an Asset Management - Expense Analyst, where they reviewed single family home repair bids to ensure compliance, performed due-diligence reviewing inspection photos, expected repair costs and estimated acquisition underwriting fees, and evaluated potential purchases for viability. Kevin also managed repair timelines and budgets, identified a recurring issue with the repair timeline process and reduced the average amount of days a home is under initial repair by 25%, conducted quality assurance on-site audits of up to 50 homes in a local market, and prepared bi-weekly investor call notes for upper management. In 2020, they returned to Entera as an Acquisitions Analyst, and is currently a Senior Acquisitions Analyst.

Kevin Pekala obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Southern Methodist University, majoring in Real Estate Finance and concentrating in Energy Management.
