Sebastian Karsten

Sebastian Karsten is a Service Desk Specialist at Entercard Group AB since January 2022, responsible for ticket handling in EasyVista and managing IAM and Active Directory, while also serving as a local onsite technician. Prior to this role, Sebastian held various positions at LG Electronics Nordic, including Customer Service Representative from June 2016 to February 2022, and Nordic Information Displays Technical Engineer from August 2012 to 2014. Additional experience includes serving as an Out-of-Warranty Coordinator, where responsibilities involved coordinating OOW repairs and managing invoices, as well as working as a First Line Agent in Consumer Support.
