Alexis Grass

Alexis Grass is an experienced Labor Relations Manager at Entergy, overseeing labor relations for over 1,500 unionized employees across four state contracts since May 2018. With a strong background in collective bargaining negotiations, Alexis has successfully secured multiple five-year contracts to enhance financial planning for the business. Previous roles include Senior Labor Relations Generalist, where management of collective bargaining agreements and advising on labor issues was key, and various human resources positions involving recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple organizations. Alexis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Louisiana State University.
