Dan Speck

Dan Speck, MSCSIA, currently serves as a Senior Policy and Compliance Coordinator at Entergy since October 2017, where responsibilities include cybersecurity and compliance management. Prior to this, Dan held several roles in cybersecurity and IT, including Senior Info Sec Analyst and Cybersecurity Team Lead. Experience spans roles such as Program/Project Manager at Business World Inc. and Senior Cybersecurity Consultant at AAMSCO Identification Products, Inc. Dan's early career included positions at Windstream Enterprise, Pivot Technology Services Corp., and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as a significant tenure with the United States Air Force as an Information Security Manager. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a focus on Computer Information Systems from Park University, and an Associate’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the Community College of the Air Force.
