Dustin Shoptaw

Dustin Shoptaw has over a decade of experience at Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc, currently serving as a Nuclear Independent Oversight Assessor. In this role, Dustin identifies gaps in organizational performance and collaborates with functional leaders to implement corrective actions. Previous positions held include Station Duty Manager, where Dustin acted as the representative of the Station Management team during events, and Company Spokesperson, responsible for public communications during emergencies. Additionally, Dustin has served as Coordinator to the ANO Vice President, managing strategic organizational support, and as Manager of Financial Analysis, overseeing substantial financial funds. Earlier, Dustin worked as a Staff Accountant at King, Jacobs, Gresham, & Lorfing, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Teacher Education from Arkansas Tech University, along with a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
