Jena Fisher

Jena Fisher, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in talent management and compensation, currently serving as Compensation Manager at Entergy since October 2017, where responsibilities include program management of core talent programs and leading various initiatives aligned with organizational strategy. Prior roles at Entergy included Sr. Lead Compensation Analyst and Sr. Lead Talent Management Specialist, as well as involvement as Sr. Project Manager for a nuclear high potential leadership program. Jena's previous experience spans roles in compliance and quality assurance at WECTEC, CB&I, and SunTechnical, alongside marketing research and analysis positions early in the career.
