Prior experience includes leadership positions at Duke Energy Corporation, directing Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives and driving change management and training programs. Scott’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
