Velvet Green has extensive experience in the utility and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Service Operator at Entergy since May 1999, supporting the Construction Line Crew. Previous roles at Entergy include Engineering/Drafting Clerk, providing administrative support to engineers and drafters, and Customer Service Representative & Lead, where responsibilities involved assisting customers with billing and escalated calls. Prior to Entergy, Velvet was an AM/FM Digitizer with Manpower Technical, working on data related to Entergy's electrical facilities. Initial experience includes a Cast Member position at The Disney Store, focusing on customer service and store operations. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Energy Management from Bismarck State College and various certificates in Drafting Design and EKG Technician studies.
