Prabhat Agrawal

Prabhat Agrawal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and corporate leadership. Currently, Prabhat serves as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Entero Healthcare since April 2018. Prior to this role, Prabhat was the Chief Executive Officer of Alkem Laboratories Ltd. from October 2014 to March 2018. Prabhat's career includes significant positions such as Group CFO at Metalfrio Solutions SA, Regional Finance Head for Asia Pac and Africa at Frigoglass, and roles in corporate strategy and financial leadership at notable companies, including the Aditya Birla Group and Hero Honda. Prabhat holds professional qualifications, including a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, an MBA from the Indian School of Business, and a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complemented by executive education from INSEAD Business School.
