Rachel MORRA, PhD, EMBA

Rachel MORRA, PhD, EMBA has extensive work experience in the biotechnology industry. Rachel currently serves as the Senior Business Development and Alliance Manager at ENTEROME, a position they have held since November 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Genomic Vision from 2009 to 2013, where they held roles such as Europe Project Leader and International Products Manager. Before that, they worked at BIOPREDICTIVE and La Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital from 2004 to 2009, where they served as a Research Scientist and Marketing Manager, overseeing research projects, marketing initiatives, and commercial activities. Rachel MORRA has demonstrated skills in project management, scientific research, marketing, and business development throughout their career.

Rachel MORRA, PhD, EMBA has a diverse education history. In 2002, they started their academic journey at Université d'Évry, where they pursued their 1st year of MASTER 'Maîtrise' of Cellular Biology and Physiology. Rachel then continued their studies at Université Paris Cité in 2003, specializing in the 2nd year of MASTER 'DEA' of Biology and Pathology of Epithelium.

In 2014, they studied the patentability of inventions in scientific, medical, and biotech fields, with a focus on the bases of procedures FR, EP, and PCT at Cabinet Regimbeau. Additionally, they took a program at ALM Avocats to understand and analyze contracts related to clinical research.

In 2016, Rachel MORRA attended a three-day MBA program in Pharmaceutical Alliances at TeraPinn in London. The following year, they received training in the general data protection regulation and personal data in clinical trials through Sunnikan Consulting. Rachel also gained insight into regulatory aspects in research involving humans, specifically clinical trials and personal data, at Bird&Bird.

In 2018, Rachel MORRA participated in a program on product valuation and deal structuring at Informa/Dillon Capital Strategies.

Their commitment to staying current in the healthcare and science industries continued in 2020 when they completed training on good manufacturing practices (GMP) at Qualilab. Rachel also received guidelines for good clinical practice ICH E6 (R2) through Sunnikan Consulting.

Most recently, starting in 2021 and ongoing, Rachel MORRA has been pursuing an Executive MBA at ESSEC & Mannheim Business Schools through ESSEC Executive Education.
