Fran Lesher

Fran Lesher currently serves as the SVP Relationship Manager at Enterprise Bank & Trust since April 2024. Prior to this role, Fran held the position of SVP Commercial Loan Officer at Century Bank from September 2020 to April 2024, and has extensive experience at Wells Fargo, where Fran worked from July 2017 to September 2020 as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager and Principal Business Relationship Manager. Fran also served as Senior Vice President at First National Rio Grande from March 2016 to July 2017 and held multiple roles at Wells Fargo Bank from April 2005 to March 2016, including Principal Business Relationship Manager and Vice President. Fran completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at New Mexico Highlands University and an Associate's Degree in Accounting at Central New Mexico Community College, and participated in Leadership Albuquerque in 2015-2016.
