Laurie Feagan

Laurie Feagan has extensive experience in IT and Salesforce administration, currently serving as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and Senior IT Application Specialist at Enterprise Bank & Trust since June 2011. In this role, Laurie is responsible for user management, custom object creation, data manipulation, and report generation, as well as aiding in the implementation of managed packages and designing WalkMe scenarios. Prior to this, Laurie held various positions at Textron Financial, including Solutions Implementation Specialist and Recovery Specialist, among others, showcasing a strong background in sales coordination and administrative roles spanning over three decades.
