Keri Freeman

Keri Freeman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in shareholder administration and financial operations. Since 2009, Keri Freeman has been with Enterprise Bank (Enterprise Bancorp), progressing through various roles, including Shareholder Services Manager - Senior Vice President and Senior Shareholder Services Specialist - Vice President. Key responsibilities include managing shareholder relations, equity compensation administration, and handling NASDAQ and SEC filings, as well as preparing the annual Proxy Statement.
