Alex Torton

Alex Torton is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and asset management. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Enterprise Community Partners since December 2023, Alex has previously held roles as a Regional Asset Manager at the Housing Opportunities Commission and an Area Property Manager at Lerner Enterprises. Prior to that, Alex worked as a Property Manager (Lease-Up Specialist) at The Hanover Company and as a General Manager at both Island Hospitality Management and OTO Development. Alex's educational background includes studies at Montgomery College from 2005 to 2007.
