Enterprise Community Partners
Betty Fong serves as a Program Officer for Capital Solutions and Most Vulnerable Populations at Enterprise Community Partners since August 2021, focusing on early predevelopment and capacity building for mission and faith-based organizations with limited housing experience. Previously, Betty held the position of Community Preservation Coordinator at St. Nicks Alliance, where communication was managed among services and development teams for HUD Section 202 clients. With experience as an Asian American Women's Political Initiative Fellow in the Massachusetts State Senate, Betty contributed to policy briefings and research on various district issues. Earlier roles include Program Manager at Chinatown Youth Initiatives, Project Associate at Tufts Department of Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning, and Organizing Fellow at Alternatives for Community and Environment. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Community Health, cum laude, from Tufts University, along with a semester abroad in Urban Planning at The University of Hong Kong.
