Elise Balboni

Elise Balboni joined Enterprise Community Loan Fund in February 2021 and serves as senior vice president of strategic initiatives and capital programs.

Elise is an impact investment strategist and finance professional with two decades of experience in the CDFI industry. From 2013-2018, she served as LISC’s managing director for lending. Previously, she served as a consultant for nonprofits and foundations in the area of charter school facility financing and as LISC’s vice president of education programs, where she had responsibility for oversight of LISC’s charter school financing unit.

Earlier in her career, Elise served as an associate in municipal finance at CS First Boston and as budget director for the Massachusetts Senate Committee on Ways and Means. She received her bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
