Liz Johnson

Liz Johnson, MBA, CSM, currently serves as the Vice President of Business Systems & Strategy at Enterprise Community Partners, focusing on business transformation and operational efficiency. Previously, Liz held the position of Vice President of Operations at Capital One for nearly two decades, where strategic initiatives led to improvements in associate engagement, productivity, and financial controls, with budget management exceeding $400 million. As National Lead of the VOICES Black associate business resource group, Liz advanced diversity and inclusion strategies. Other roles include Director of Operations, where Liz oversaw ESG/CSR strategies, and Director of International Tax, providing expertise in M&A, tax compliance, and reporting. Liz holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Dayton and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University.
