Matt Engel

Matt Engel serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate Development at Enterprise Community Partners since November 2015, where leadership has been demonstrated in notable mixed-use and multifamily development projects across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Prior to this role, Engel held the position of Vice President of Development and Construction at Manna Inc., overseeing affordable housing initiatives with a dedicated team. Experience includes coordination of real property initiatives for the University System of Maryland and project management at WC Smith, focusing on affordable housing and urban redevelopment. Engel began a career in real estate at A&R Development Corporation, working on large-scale projects involving community planning and entitlements. Engel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Carleton College.
